A moderate amount of swell came into Oahu's
south shore that day.
The wind is west offshore.
A heavy local occupied the point.
Goofy's Michiaki and Joel paddled out towards it.
While waiting for the long set, I could see him chatting with the locals through a telephoto lens.

A good set came in from offshore.

Mitch glides a wave that dug off the peak.

The second nice set was caught by Joe and danced up the long wall to the inside leading to Kahanamoku Lagoon.
